Background...
I earned my Masters in Art Therapy from Florida State University in 2010 and became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 2013. I have developed a unique perspective through my work in dually diagnosed outpatient settings, inpatient units, and with active-duty military personnel. Recognizing the distinct needs of each individual, I am privileged to tailor a personalized and holistic approach to care.

I reside in Tampa with my family and dog. I enjoy reading, watching movie and shows, taking walks, and crafting when I feel inspired.

WORKING TOGETHER

Let's collaborate to discover what approach works best to move forward in the direction you want to go.

01

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on thoughts and behavior connection. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is a form of CBT.

02

Eclectic

An Eclectic approach allows me to incorporate different modalities and interventions to help meet clients where they are. Interventions I use draw from Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, Somatic, and Mindfulness.

03

Art Therapy

Art Therapy uses different art media to explore self-expression and communication to gain perspective on past, present, and future struggles.

04

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidenced based approach to treat symptoms of PTSD and other stuck points. It is conducted by therapists trained in EMDR.

Let's Talk
